These Terms of Use apply to Karmel Capital Management LLC, Karmel Capital LLC, all related general partners and partnerships, and all managed funds (collectively "Karmel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website and any related websites, social media sites, or pages managed by Karmel (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
